Acknowledgment and Agreement
By submitting payment for services to One Source Central Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above. This agreement governs the scope of services provided and the responsibilities of both parties.

1. Service Overview

Listing Management Services
Under the Listing Input and Management division, 1 Source provides the following:

Data Entry: Agent-submitted listing forms are input into the MLS in draft form only.

Platform Updates: 1 Source updates ShowingTime, uploads disclosures and photos, and drafts property descriptions.

Agent Review: Once drafts are prepared, agents are notified for final review and launch.
Note: One Source Central Services will not make listings live in the MLS. Final submission is the Agent’s responsibility.
Marketing Services
Under the Marketing division, 1 Source provides:

Marketing Material Creation:

"Just Listed" flyers and social media posts

Open House flyers, digital sign-in links, and post templates
-
Single-property landing pages
-
Seller Value Summaries
-
-
Templates will be delivered via Canva or Command, depending on agent preference.
2. Agent Responsibilities

The Agent must ensure all submitted information is accurate and compliant with MLS rules and regulations.

Required forms and data must be submitted promptly to avoid delays.

The Agent is solely responsible for final review and launch of the listing.
3. Service Turnaround and Limitations
-
1 Source provides standard service turnaround within 24 business hours for all complete submissions received by 3:00 PM EST.

Requests received after hours or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Work will not commence until all required information is received.

1 Source is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
4. Onboarding Process

New clients must complete the First-Time User Information Packet.

Agents will receive a Resource Packet outlining available services and vendor details.

Agents will select desired services and submit all corresponding forms.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation

Both 1 Source and the Agent agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.

Neither party shall solicit employees or contractors from the other during or after the engagement.

The Agent agrees to indemnify and hold 1 Source harmless from any claims arising from the services provided.
6. Confidentiality of Client Information
All employees and contractors of 1 Source agree to the following:

Any information accessed during service—including client data, financials, CRM databases, marketing strategies, or proprietary processes—is strictly confidential.

Employees shall not use, share, or disclose confidential information for personal or competitive gain, during or after their engagement with 1 Source.

Reasonable precautions must be taken to protect all sensitive information. Any unauthorized disclosure must be reported immediately.

Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and/or damages.
By engaging 1 Source for services, the Agent acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms set forth above.
